By purchasing or accessing any digital product, online course, template, workshop replay, guide, or resource (collectively, the “Product”) from Bridal Theory, LLC, you (“Customer” or “You”) agree to the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not complete your purchase or access any Product content.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

All content within the Product is the sole property of Bridal Theory, LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes all written material, video, audio, slides, designs, strategies, templates, downloads, systems, proprietary methods, frameworks, branding elements, and business advice (“Content”).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product for personal or internal business use only.

2. Non-Transferability

3. No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the Product and immediate access to the content, all sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated on the specific product sales page. 9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from your use of a Product shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. You agree to resolve any dispute through binding arbitration in Orange County, California, and waive your right to participate in class-action claims.
