That's why this is an application. It's not a hoop to jump through. It just helps me make sure this is the right room for you, and you for it.

The Refocus Collective is a room for Christian women who are done choosing between their faith and their business.

For too long the message has been that you grow a business one way and you follow God another way, and the two only meet on Sunday. We don't believe that. We believe your business is one of the places God is working, and that the smartest strategy in the world means nothing if it pulls you out of alignment with Him.

So we built a different kind of room. One where we seek Him first, build with wisdom instead of hustle, and steward what we grow knowing He called us to multiply. Strategy still matters here. We go deep on marketing, offers, pricing, and the real mechanics of growing. But here, profit comes second to alignment, and growth is something we pursue on purpose rather than chase out of fear.

Inside the Collective, you'll find a small group of women who get it. Women praying over their pricing, building offers that reflect their values, and refusing to leave their faith at the door of their own company.
